Made a new recipe this morning, and made Mexican Quiche, according to my brother. He ate it all up despite hating quiche with a passion. Its eggs, onion and peppers in the bottom, toasted tortillas on the top with cheese and a salsa and sour cream sauce. It was so tasty. :)
