Forgetful

Today was a weird day for me. I went to visit Adam's family, we hung out, did some work, played with the dog and had a good ol' time. It was only when I was preparing for bed did I realize what the date was and what significance it has in America. It's only been nine years, and I've already forgotten. How is it possible that 9/11 will be studied by my children when their older and I've already forgotten. Probably need some time to think on it, say a prayer and do better next time.

Everything has been so chaotic lately, trying to get everything in order for class, getting books, buying books that professors didn't post, trying to collect inventories, planning programs, getting organized and planning birthdays on top of all that! I don't mind it, it just means that I have less time to take pictures.... :(
So in honor of the job that takes up my whole life and I wouldn't have it any other way, is this:
And because I think this is cool, I'm in turn, lame.

Formerly known as Rock the Block, Rock the Quad is a fair for all the clubs and organizations on campus to get there name out there. There are booths, tables, prizes and food. New students can talk to members of the clubs to discuss eligibility and see if it would be something they are interested in partaking in.
That's what they say, but reality is far from it! :)

I got pranked today by my residents!! Really like the ladies in my suite and they gave me a surprise today!
I went down to see what was up and the ladies told me that someone was pregnant and they needed to know what would happen to them. I thought they were serious, and I reacted pretty concerned, which made them laugh. They also said this is the first of many pranks to come! :)

It's the first Monday of the semester. I have U.S. Government and Socio-Emotional Personality Development. Both will probably be pretty interesting. It was a pretty beautiful night.

I Spent all Summer Days Driving

It's the end of the weekend, and the end of summer. It's time to get back in gear and study! Oh studying, how I missed the. I'll update more later, but now it's time to read and get prepared for the semester ahead. I'm getting closer to graduation and I'm not feeling senioritis-y at all... :)

So we survived move in, were not at the top of our A-game, but we made it. It's now time to relax, take a break and sleep. I've already slept today (naps cure everything) and I'm spending quality time with my neighbors. Check me out!
